Ranks 13F funds by how the stocks they held moved through clinical data readouts — top-line and interim only, deduplicated to one row per real event. Trial initiations, PDUFAs, approvals, adcoms and earnings are excluded. A fund counts as holding into a readout if it appears in the 13F for the last quarter ending before the event. 13F is quarterly, long-only and filed ~45 days late, so this is evidence of positioning, not proof the position was still open on the print. Move is the last close before the event to the first close on or after it. Score blends hit rate and median move, each shrunk toward the population average by sample size, so a small sample cannot top the table.
